Four minors including 12-year-old kid booked under SC-ST Act, one sent to jail

Shahjahanpur(UP, India): Four minors including a 12 years old kid have been booked under the SC-ST Act in a village under Mirzapur Police station limits.

One minor has been arrested by the police after he was allegedly named by the victim’s father in the FIR. It was further stated by the father that the named minors had misbehaved with her adult daughter.

First Information Report alleged that the victim was saved by school teacher Shishupal. However, Shishupal has debunked all the allegations made by the victim’s father. In his statement to the police, Shishupal claimed that no one has misbehaved with the girl. It was just a matter of mutual rivalry where the Victim’s father has named the minors for his ill-intentions.

“I was there and none of them had done any such activity. They were blamed in a mutual rivalry case ”, Sishupal told NP.

“Complaint against girl’s father Vermadeen”

It was brought to our notice that Pintu Bhardwaj, father of one of the minor kids Shiva Bhardwaj, who is nearly 14 years old, had made a complaint against Vermadeen for selling and producing raw liquor.

“The complaint was registered against Vermadeen for selling raw liquor in the area. This is why he made a complaint against my 14 years old son”, Pintu told NP.

One minor held

One minor has been taken into custody and sent to jail after he was blamed in the FIR. Police were putting pressure on the family of 12 years old minor boy but due to pressure built by the Savaran groups, he hasn’t yet been arrested.
