Mumbai: In a disturbing incident, a Hindu boy named Pawan was beaten up, insulted, and assaulted with an iron chain by followers of Ambedkar in the Mithpada area of Thane. The incident occurred on the evening of 15th April at around 10.30 PM when Pawan shared an insta reel opposing the 22 vows of Ambedkar, in which anti-Hindu things were mentioned.
The accused, who beat up Pawan, not only glorified the violence on social media but also threatened to book him under the SC ST act if he tried to file a complaint with the police. Pawan’s condition is unknown, and he was not able to give any statement to the Neo Politico.
The video of the incident has gone viral on social media, drawing the attention of the Thane police, who are now investigating the matter. The netizens are demanding strict action against the accused for mercilessly beating up a boy.
The incident has sparked outrage among the people, and the use of violence in the name of Ambedkar has been condemned by many. This incident is a reminder that violence and hatred have no place in a democratic and diverse society like India.
