Jaipur: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) Assistant Professor (Economics) result, dated August 14, 2026, has listed eight candidates from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category, all bearing Meena community surnames.
The candidates are Akshay Meena (Rank 39), Anish Kumar Meena (Rank 48), Anushree Meena (Rank 55), Jyotsana Meena (Rank 70), Neelam Meena (Rank 78), Darshan Lal Meena (Rank 81), Gautam Kumar Meena (Rank 82) and Atal Bihari Meena (Rank 83).
The development comes earlier this month after the RPSC Assistant Professor (Chemistry) recruitment also saw all 11 ST-category candidates in the selection list identified as members of the Meena community.
The provisional appointment order for Chemistry, issued by the Directorate of College Education, Rajasthan, on August 7, named 11 ST candidates, including Neetu Meena, Rahul Meena, Kamlesh Meena and others.
The selected Chemistry candidates were placed on a two-year probation, subject to document verification, medical fitness and other prescribed conditions, with joining directed by August 29, 2026.
