Moscow: In response to the personal sanctions that the Biden administration constantly imposes on Russian officials, Russia has imposed similar kinds of bans on 200 government officials including US President Joe Biden and his family. Russian foreign ministry in its statement has cleared that it has been decided to ban the entry of 200 US citizens into the Russian Federation on a reciprocal basis.
The list includes certain government officials and lawmakers, as well as their family members, heads of defense industry companies and enterprises, experts, and lobbyists involved in ratcheting up the anti-Russia campaign and supporting the regime in Kyiv.
US President, his wife, son, and daughter in list
The list includes the President of the United States Joe Biden, his wife Jill Biden, Son Hunter Biden, daughter Ashley Biden, brother Francis Biden, and other government officials. CIA Director William Burns and the US intelligence agency chief have also been sanctioned by the Russian government.
